Keyboard Not Responding
Troubleshooting - No Response from Keyboard
If a keyboard is not working or does not seem to be responding, please first check that the keyboard is the correct one for the room as indicated by its label. They are not interchangeable between rooms.
Next, ensure that the keyboard is turned on. There is an on/off switch on the back edge of the keyboard, ensure that this is set to "On" and that the green on indicator is showing. See image above.
If the keyboard still doesn't work after checking these two possible causes, please log the problem on the Help Desk.
